Welcome to the City of Refuge Evangelical Presbyterian Church
Since its birth in 1996, The City of Refuge Evangelical Presbyterian Church has been reaching out to the people on the margins. Formed by a core of suburbanites who believed they were called to the inner city, this increasingly diverse group is demonstrating that suburban and urban Houstonians, working and worshipping together, can transcend barriers of race, class and status.
